Ultra Europe Music Festival This Weekend in Split

Part of the famous Ultra brand that hosts events all over the world, Ultra Europe first burst onto the Croatian festival scene several years ago with massive club names. In the last few years, the festival has seen up to 150,000 party-goers from all over the world descend on Split and go crazy over the three days. Ultra Europe returns to Split for its fourth year in 2016, with plenty of exciting events planned.
Ultra Europe evolved from the Ultra Music Festival in Miami that’s played host to some of the biggest names on the dance music scene for over a decade and a half.
Some of the names on the bill in previous years have included The Chemical Brothers, David Guetta, Ingrosso, Martin Garrix, Steve Aoki, Tiesto, Afrojack and Alesso, – see, what did we say about big names? It’s still too early for the 2016 line-up to be revealed, but watch this space…we’re sure it’s going to be a good one!
The festival takes place in Poljud Stadium, which is famously Hajduk Split’s home – so you it’s definitely going to attract a big crowd.
Although the core of the festival takes place over the three days from 15th to 17th July, this year there’s plenty of accompanying parties that will stretch out the festival to a full week. With an opening party in Split on 14th July; a yacht regatta on the 18th July; the famous Ultra Beach party at the Amfora Hotel on Hvar on the 19th and the closing party on Vis on the 20th, there’s not doubt that this year’s Ultra Europe will the best yet!
