Emirates Connects Dubai with Zagreb
Yesterday, on the 12th of January, the Emirates announced opening of a new daily route from Dubai to Zagreb, Croatia. This is the airline’s first destination in Croatia and its first new route in 2017. This route is scheduled to start on the 1st of June and will use the Boeing 777-300. The chosen airplane will feature three classes divided in to 12 seats in the first class, 42 seats in business and 310 in economy.
Emirates’ Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Thierry Antinori said, “Emirates has had a commercial presence in Croatia since 2003, so to launch full operations is a natural progression. Emirates is pleased to have this opportunity to add such a picturesque destination to our global route network.”
The new route opens up new possibilities for both sides in terms of business and pleasure. It creates new opportunities by bringing Zagreb and Croatia closer to the Emirate’s passengers and potential businesses.
