Savills Association with Dream Property Croatia and Dream Property Montenegro

Savills announce Montenegrin and Croatian association.

British interest in Montenegro up 300% in one year (Land Registry)

International Property Consultants Savills has formed a new association with estate agents Dream Property Montenegro & Dream Property Croatia – the largest real estate and property consultancy business in the region.

Seminars and Exhibitions
This autumn Dream Property Croatia will be exhibiting at three property shows and participating in several seminars in Ireland and the UK.
Foreigners Acquiring Croatian Real Estate

The Official Gazette published on 17 July 2006 the Law on the Amendments to the Law on Ownership and Other Proprietary Rights - which came into effect eight days later after its publication (i.e. 25 July 2006).  

British Airways reduce airfares to Croatia
British Airways have recently reduced airfares to Croatia, from ₤31 one way inc taxes, London Gatwick (LGW) to Split (SPU).  In addition the flights will be all year round.

London to Pula with Ryanair

Ryanair will fly three times a week from Dublin to Pula from February next year.
