Dubrovnik's Excelsior ranks in top 5 world hotels Dubrovnik's Hotel Excelsior, has been ranked among the five most-desirable hotels recently opened for business by Hotel magazine – the flagship publication of the worldwide hotel industry.
According to the magazine's July edition Hotel Excelsior, which belongs to the Adriatic Luxury Hotels Group, ranks high on the list of the best hotels alongside such luxurious hotels as the One Ocean Resort Hotel & Spa in Florida, the Northampton Hotel in Montréal, the Joule in Dallas (Luxury Collection Hotel) and the Four Seasons Hotel in Florence.
"Iconic openings include Hotel Excelsior in Dubrovnik and the Four Seasons in Florence" – reads the opening line of the "What’s Hot Around the World" section of the magazine.
The article adds that Adriatic Luxury Hotels has re-launched Hotel Excelsior after an extensive 22-million-Euro renovation.
The hotel is located in the middle of the city's Old Town and overlooks the Adriatic Sea.
Hotel Excelsior was re-opened in June this year.
