Global Trade Centre SA have announced they will launch a luxury residential and recreation project in southern Croatia for 80 million.  The project will include 23,000m2 of residential space, a five-star hotel, and a golf course with completion of all phases taking three 3 years.
GCT Real Estate have a string of projects around Central and Eastern Europe. Early summer an agreement was signed to purchase an office building under construction in Kishinev, the capital of Moldova with total construction costs of the building estimated at 12.5 million. The company also bought a projects in Bulgaria and Hungary for a total cost of 9 million.
In addition to Croatia, GTC Real Estate owns properties in Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
